What to Expect On Your First Visit.

To ensure we are personalizing care for you or your child when you visit Sound Chiropractic for the first time, you can expect a thorough evaluation of your health history and overall health. You will be scheduled for a 30 to 40-minute visit which includes:

Health History

We will ask you about your medical history, including past injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.​

We will ask you about your current symptoms and lifestyle.

Physical Exam

Evaluating your posture, spinal alignment, muscle strength, and range of motion.

Other tests (as needed) to check your reflexes or neurological state to determine the cause of your symptoms.

Prescribed Treatment Plan

Based on the results of your health history and physical exam, Dr. Nichols will develop a personalized treatment plan for you or your child.

Dr. Nichols may also recommend other therapies as a part of your care plan.

Treatment Session
Depending on your specific needs, Dr. Nichols may begin your treatment plan on your first visit. This can include a chiropractic adjustment.
